I recently bought a beautiful palliser sofa set from ideal home furnishings. design associate Allison was very helpful. I have never had such attentive service from any retailer I have purchased from. Informative beyond measure...the leather we choose was perfect...we worked off of floor plans and all of my color selections. She even offered to come to my home to make sure my measurements were correct. Well done ideal!! I cannot wait for my new set!!

We are shopping here the third time and just like the other times, shopping is pure joy here. I specifically want to mention the name of Theresa, who has been amazing with her knowledge and helping mentality. We would definitely be back for more shopping.
I had my first shopping experience at Ideal Home Furnishings yesterday, and I am still in awe at how amazingly friendly and helpful all of the staff were, especially the salesman who assisted me, Kevin C. I have been looking for the perfect sectional sofa for over six months; yup, I’m that picky! I knew in my mind exactly what I wanted, but every other big box store fell short. Leon’s, the Brick, Ashley...the experience was just horrible, and I went to more than one showroom for each store, and could never find a salesperson or product that I felt comfortable enough shelling out thousands of dollars. Other sites like konto and sofaland just didn’t have what I wanted within the price range I was working with. Then I found this place and this awesome salesman!! Kevin obviously loves his job, and is very good at it!!! He walked up to me in the store, I gave my shpeal about what I was looking for, and he showed me a couple of sectionals. Second one was a winner. He didn’t push the pricier leather because he listened to what I said. So instead of trying to upsell me, he worked with me to find a fabric that would be durable and easy to care for. On top of his amazing ability to figure out exactly what I needed, ethically speaking he is outstanding. What do I mean by this exactly? I told him that I wanted to check out some coffee tables and other accessories to go with this beautiful new Palliser, and he advised me to wait until I had the new sofa in my space before purchasing anything else. I mean, there are practically no other salespeople who would put your interests as a customer ahead of their own. Instant trust, and also, instant repeat customer. I’ve purchased enough furniture in my life to know that the real challenge is what happens after they get your money. Unfortunately there was a little mixup when we placed the order for the custom sectional. These orders can’t be changed or refunded after-the-fact. I got home and realized that the chaise that was selected was the incorrect size. I thought to myself, here we go, this is when things will go south! But I was wrong. I walked through the door the next day, explained the issue, and walked out less than five minutes later with the issue corrected. If you’re reading this Kevin, thanks again for your wonderful service!! I will most definitely tell everyone I know to come to you first for all of their needs!!!
